This is my solo-dev entry for the gamedev.tv 2024 jam and actually my first non-tutorial game with more depth than flappy bird.

You are the last bookstand in an old magic library that is under attack by strange forces. Can you get out alive?

THIS GAME IS CURRENTLY VERY SHORT (probably 5 minutes)!

Info for Streamers: This game uses music (see below) declared as "royalty free". I am not sure if Youtube will claim the audio!

Controls:

Arrow-keys/WASD: Move the main character

Mouse: Interact with objects (look out for levers, books or stools)

ESC: Pause and credits menu

I can't seem to do anything with the mouse...

click on the book on the table or the lever at the door. and later the stools. If you're too close your character may obstruct the collision
